Auf La Gomera / On La Gomera

 

 

The Original Story...

 

This little darling was found by some tourists near a restaurant in Playa de Santiago.  She is approximately three months old and she is lovely.  As can be seen from the photos, she can be handled and is in a Foster home on the Island.  She received a medical check up and has been de-wormed and de-fleaed. She will be prepared for her journey to Germany.

Dieses hübsche Kätzchen wurde von Touristen in der Nähe eines Restaurants in Playa de Santiago gefunden. Sie ist ungefähr drei Monate alt und ein liebes Kätzchen. Sie ist jetzt auf einer Pflegestelle und wie man auf den Fotos erkennen kann, läßt sie sich anfassen. Sie war bereits beim Tierarzt und ist entwurmt und entfloht worden. Sie wird dann auch für die Reise nach Deutschland vorbereitet.

From the New Owner...

 

Hello dear Ingrid,

 

..... Today, Chany had her first official outing.  The sun shone.

 

She is really happy...In - out, in - out... a little fearful at first, but curious now.  Hopefully, she will bide by the traffic regulations, but there is not much traffic here.

 

..... Photos soon when she has recovered well enough and she develops more.

 

..... Hopefully, we stay in contact and I wish you and all of your work for the animals all well.

And Again...

 

Hello Ingrid,

 

You haven't heard from me for awhile, but I finally bought a Digi-Cam and mad a few photos that are somewhat good and I am sending them to you today.

 

You ca see that Chany has grown and the "three" live in harmony.  Daphne especially loves even though she is sometimes jealous (she would like me just for herself), but she is happy and developing nicely.  She is sensitive and fresh and we have no complaints about her.

when I get the hang of this camera I should be able to send you nicer photos, but I wanted to send you something.

Hallo liebe Ingrid,

 

..... Chany hat heute ihren ersten“genehmigten“ Ausgang, die Sonne scheint.

 

Sie ist richtig happy, rein-raus-rein-raus, ängstlich erst und neugierig jetzt, hoffentlich hält sie sich an die „Verkehrsregeln“, aber es ist nicht sonderlich gefährlich hier.

 

..... Fotos bald, wenn sie sich richtig erholt hat und es Neues an ihr zu entdecken gibt.

 

..... Hoffe wir bleiben weiterhin in Verbindung, wünsche Dir und Deiner Arbeit für die Tiere alles Gute.

Und Wieder...

 

Hallo Ingrid,

 

Du hast schon lange nichts von mir gehört, aber endlich habe ich mir eine kleine Digi-cam gekauft und einige Fotos gemacht, die die  einigermaßen gelungen sind, schicke ich Dir heute.

 

Du siehst Chany ist gewachsen und die „Drei“ leben in Harmonie, besonders Daphne liebt sie sehr, obwohl sie manchmal auch eifersüchtig ist, sie hätte mich gerne nur für sich, aber sie ist zufrieden und entwickelt sich prima, zärtlich und frech, vor allem total unbeschwert ist sie.

Wenn ich diese Kamera im Griff habe, gibt es hoffentlich noch schönere Aufnahmen, aber ich wollte Dir etwas (endlich) schicken.
