               Happy End - 2009...Felipe             

The Original Story...   Felipe was found wandering around, without a collar, in Chejelipe, a district of San Sebastian.  After observing him for a few days, he was picked up by some good Samaritan and brought to the local Vet.  That he is accustomed to a collar and that he gets overly excited whenever a car stops nearby (like he thinks his Master has returned for him) and that he was wandering around for a few days are all indications that he was abandoned.   He is about four months old, loves to be petted and cuddled and very playful.  He gets along very well with the dog that lives in his Foster home.  He is not quite house broken, but with a little more training, that will pass.  He doesn’t like being left alone (normal) and is very happy when one comes back home.   At the moment, he is a little thin, but with regular meals, he will fill out again.  He final weight, when completely grown, will be around 6 or 7 kg.   Felipe has received his immunizations, been de-fleaed and de-wormed and has been micro-chipped.   This little fellow is prepared to bring much joy into somebody’s life.

Die Originalgeschichte...   Felipe war schon etliche Tage in San Sebastian beobachtet worden, ohne Halsband, ohne alles. Ein lieber Mensch brachte ihn letztendlich zum Tierarzt. Er war wohl an das Halsband gewöhnt, denn er läuft gut an der Leine und.... er wird sehr aufgeregt, wenn ein Auto anhält. Er wartet wohl immer noch auf die Rückkehr seines Herrchen oder Frauchen, die ihn offensichtlich aus dem Auto geworfen hatten.   Er ist sehr lieb und verspielt und verträgt sich gut mit dem Hund in der Pflegestelle. Er ist nicht ganz stubenrein, aber mit etwas Training ist er sicherlich bald sauber. Felipe will noch nicht gerne allein sein. Er weint er wenn man geht und freut sich um so mehr, wenn man wiederkommt.   Mit diesem Kleinen wird man sicherlich viel Freude haben und wenn sich gut mit ihm beschäftigt, wird er viel lernen. Er ist ca. 4 Monate alt und ist ein ziemliches Leichtgewicht, aber durch regelmässiges füttern (er frisst gut) holt er bald auf und wird ein Endgewicht von 6 bis 7 kg haben.   Felipe war beim Tierarzt, er ist gesund. Er ist entwurmt, gechipt und geimpft worden und einer Reise nach Deutschland steht nichts im Wege.

From the New Owner...   Good afternoon,   The little Felipe (now Strupy) has been with us for ten days now and is doing very well.  He is house trained and only once did he pee pee on the kitchen floor.  He eats very well and seems to feel (we believe) very much at home as he is absolutely impudent.  One can see that he has settled in well.  He can also be very loving.  It is a pleasure to watch him playing with his toys.  We enjoy being with each other.   Pictures are attached...   We greet you and will report in again.   Frank und Yvonne C.

Von der neuen Besitzerin...   Guten Mittag,   Der kleine Felipe (jetzt Strupy) ist schon 10 Tage bei uns und macht sich gut. Er ist stubenrein, hat nur noch einmahl in der Küche gepinkelt, frisst gut und füllt sich (glauben wir) schon richtig zuhause denn er wird schon richtig frech. Man merkt das er gut gewöhnt. Er kann auch sehr lieb sein. Es ist eine lust zu sehen wie er mit sein Spielzeug spielt. Wir amusieren uns gut mit einander.   Bilder sind mit dabei.   Wir grüssen euch und lassen noch mahl etwas hören.   Frank und Yvonne C.
