The Original Story... In December 2008 two, furry little fellows showed up (here is one of them).  The mother is known.  She is half wild and won't let herself be touched by humans.  All efforts to catch her have, to date, failed.   Now that she has had her third litter, the trap will be used so that she can finally be spayed.  The owner is against that action and has succeeded to tie our hands.  What is now going to happen with regards to the mother is, at present, unknown.  At least these puppies have been given over to good homes and enjoy the best of health.

Die Originalgeschichte...   Im Dezember 2008 tauchten zwei wuscheligen Kerlchen auf (hier ist einer gezeigt). Die Mama ist bekannt. Sie ist eine halbwilde Hündin, die sich von den Menschen nicht anfassen läßt. Alle Versuche, sie zu fangen, sind bisher fehlgeschlagen. Nachdem sie jetzt zum dritten Mal Welpen hatte, sollte die Falle zum Einsatz kommen, damit sie endlich kastriert wird. Dagegen hat sich der Besitzer ausgesprochen. Somit sind uns die Hänge gebunden. Wie es nun mit der Mama weitergeht, ist unbekannt. Zumindest sind diese Welpen in Deutschland in gute Hände abgegeben worden und erfreuen sich bester Gesundheit.

From the New Owner...   Hello Mrs. Schmidt,   First of all, thank you for the New Years wishes.   Attached are a couple of pictures of Nicki.   The little one has settled in super and and no thoughts of giving him up.  He is trying everything to get the cat to play with him and that without barking.  Unfortunately, most of the time it proves fruitless, which he would very much like to change.   His high point of discovery is the garden!  Especially, when he searches for a hole in the fence where he can get out.  He does this only when we are not around. :-)   Dear greetings,   Family R.

Von der neuen Besitzerin...   Hallo Frau S,   Erst mal Danke für die Neujahrswünsche!   Anbei ein paar Bilder von Nicki.   Der Kleine hat sich super eingelebt und ist nicht mehr wegzudenken!  Er versucht bei jeder Gelegenheit den Kater zum Spielen zu animieren und dass sogar ganz ohne bellen. Leider bleiben diese Versuch noch meist erfolglos, was sich bestimmt noch ändern wird.   Sein Entdeckerdrang findet im Garten seinen Höhepunkt! Ganz besonders darin, indem er nach den Stellen sucht, wo er ausbüchsen kann. Diese Rechnung hat er aber ohne uns gemacht. :-)   Liebe Grüße Familie R.
