Happy End - 2009...Rocky

The Original Story...   The little, sweet Rocky comes from La Gomera,  He was abandoned there for reasons unknown to us.   There is a law on the Island that all dogs need to be chipped, but unfortunately, a lot of dog owners on and off the Island don’t obey the law and no owner was found.  There being no shelter on the Island, Pro Animal Gomera (PAG) was asked to help and we are now searching for a new home here in Germany.   Rocky is a three to four month, playful and happy puppy.  With his love and uncomplicated character, he bewitches his humans and brings happiness everywhere.   Rocky will remain small and looks like a Jack Russel Terrier mix.  He is not yet completely house trained and one should not let him wrap himself around one's little finger.  We would like to see Rocky go to a family with children or to a home as a second dog.  He gets along well with other dogs.  Still, one should remember that since he is still very young and active, he will require some quality time spent playing, walking, and contact.   Rocky is much much more lovely than his pictures show, so one should really get to know him.

Die Originalgeschichte...   Der kleine süße Rocky kommt aus La Gomera. Dort wurde er ausgesetzt, für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Eigentlich müßten alle Hunde einen Mikrochip haben, sagt das Gesetz, aber nicht jeder hält sich daran und so konnte für den kleinen kein Besitzer gefunden werden.  Da es kein Tierheim gibt, wurde wieder Pro Animal Gomera um Hilfe gebeten und nun suchen wir für diesen jungen Mann ein neues Zuhause in Deutschland.   Rocky ist ein verspielter und lustiger Hundewelpe von 3-4 Monaten. Mit seinem lieben und unkomplizierten Wesen verzaubert er seine Menschen und macht überall nur Freude. Er ist dabei unkompliziert und lustig.   Rocky wird wohl eher klein bleiben und sieht wie eine Jack-Russel Terriermischling aus. Stubenrein ist er noch nicht so ganz und auch was Erziehung betrifft, sollte man sich von ihm nicht um den kleinen Finger wickeln lassen. Für Rocky könnten wir uns gut eine Familie mit Kindern aber auch einen Platz bei einem anderen Hund vorstellen. Er verträgt sich gut mit Artgenossen. Allerdings sollte man beachten, da er noch sehr jung und aktiv ist, dass man auch die nötige Zeit hat und ihm genügend an Spiel, Spass, Bewegung, Auslauf und Kontakt ermöglicht.   Rocky ist in Wirklichkeit viel hübscher als auf den Bildern, deshalb sollten sie ihn auf jeden Fall kennen lernen.
