Happy End - 2010...Curro

Die Originalgeschichte...   Es scheint so, dass “Curro” in Vallehermoso ausgesetzt wurde. Dort werden die Straßen neu gebaut und Curro hat sich einem der Baustellenarbeiter angeschlossen. Jeden Morgen, wenn die Arbeit anfing, kam er und am Abend ging er wieder, wer weiß wohin..... Eine Touristin beobachte das und schrieb PAG eine E-Mail. Ein Mitglied  fuhr nach Vallehermoso, schaute sich um und es wurde beschlossen, dass Curro ein neues, schönes Zuhause verdient.   Curro ist inzwischen auf einer Pflegestelle, wo er zunächst gebadet wurde. Er war sehr schmutzig und brauchte das Bad. Jetzt wartet er auf einen Flug nach Deutschland. In der Zwischenzeit wird er tierärztlich versorgt. Er wurde entfloht, entwurmt und auf Filarien getestet. Dann wird er geimpft, erhält auch einen Mikrochip und den EU-Paß.   Curro ist ein liebenswerter kleiner Kerl, der seiner Pflegemama viel Freude macht. Er ist ruhig, verspielt, neugierig und lieber kleiner Hund und wird ein treuer Freund sein.

The Original Story... It appears that Curro was “abandoned“ along the road leading to Vallehermoso.  There is a lot of road construction going on in this area and Curro somehow adopted one of the workers as his person.  Every day he would show up when work started and in the evening would go who knows where.  This situation was brought tho our attention through an E-Mail sent us by a tourist in that area.  One of our members checked out this situation and determined that Curro needed to be moved into a more loving environment.  Although he was considered a mascot by the construction workers they also felt that he deserved a new home.   Curro is now in a foster home waiting to travel to Germany.  Naturally, while he waits, he will be immunized, bathed (he was really dirty), de-wormed, de-fleaed and tested.  He will also be micro-chipped and be given an EU Pet Pass.   As soon as transportation is available, Curro will come to Germany and, with very little encouragement, will be a wonderful companion.  During their short contact, the FALG representative and Curro were able to form a small bond.  Curro is a quiet, playful, curious and friendly little fellow and is just waiting to make someone happy.

Anmerkung   Vor ein paar Tagen besuchten zwei Mitglieder von FALG Curro in seiner neuen Umgebung. Er hat sich sehr gefreut und wollte sofort mit den beiden Begleithunden spielen. Er hat etwas an Gewicht zugenommen und ist, nach Meinung seines neues Frauchens, ein Schatz, den sie nicht mehr hergeben würde. Hier einige neue Fotos Curro…….

Remarks   A couple of days ago, two members of FALG visited Curro in his new environment.  He was very glad to see them and wanted to play with the two dogs accompanying them.  He has gained weight and, according to the new mistress, he is a treasure that she would never think of giving up.  Above are some newer pictures of Curro…
