Original Story...

This small, grey, female cat with long fur is only four or five months old and has had some bad times behind her.  As she is sitting there in the first picture is how she was trapped and brought to the local Vet.  After a couple of days of observation, X-rays were taken and the shock was somewhat large.  Her diaphragm was torn.  This operation is life threatening, so the cat was sent over to a special surgeon on the island of Tenerifa where her diaphragm was mended.  Then, it was found that she had a chicken bone stuck her intestines.  So she was operated on again.  The next scare came when it was discovered that she had a Hernia in her stomach.  That has now also been repaired and, at the same time, she was spayed.  And, once again, a surprise.  A broken Femur was discovered... That means another operation, but this can wait a bit.

We suspect that the little one was not just hit by a car, but RUN over by a car.

This small, pretty cat should really find a new, loving home where she can finally find some peace.  She should be considered a pure house cat since she has already had enough problems in her life.

From the new owner...

Hello Ingrid,

Yes, thank you, everything is OK here.

She is really a loving cat.  So far, she has not broken anything.  She is now allowed to be in the living room for a few hours when I have to go shopping or drive to my Game Group, and everything is OK.

It is like she has always been here.  She is still a little shy when on stands up too fast, or "Noel" jumps at her, but I think that she now understands that we will do her no harm.  Yesterday, she joined me on the sofa and laid down near me.

I hope that you are happy for us that we have a little, sweet "Mouse" and that she is in good hands.  It is like she had chosen us.

Thank you again and till later,

Bettina

Hello Ingrid,

We wish you and your family Happy Easter and everything nice.  Everything, except some hay fever, is Ok here.

Attached are a couple of pictures of Diafy where you can see how good she has been eating.  She is now on a small diet....

And, besides that she does some sport in the garden with Noel.

Dear greetings and a nice evening send...
